I don’t know about you, but I would rather live by the quotes I read from books than listen to motivational speakers. I love book quotes so much and reminding myself of the inspirations I get from books has helped me many times.
I’m sharing a list of my favourite book quotes and how I translate them. Book quotes have helped me process some hard situations in my life and I hope they can help you too.
Since I’m more of a fantasy reader most of the quotes on this list will be from that genre. I will also add book quotes from other genres, don’t worry.
Inspirational Book quote #1: Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers by J. R. R. Tolkien
This is a book quote I remember whenever I’m feeling down and overwhelmed. It is inspirational in the way it motivates readers to fight. This quote tells you that some things may be awful, but the good things in life are also worth fighting for.

This book quotes just teaches a reader to live their lives to the fullest. It is really inspirational because it tells you to live life when you are alive. You only live once, and it is better to make the best of that time.

Inspirational Book quote #6: Harry Potter and Chamber of Secrets by J. K. Rowling
This book quote reminds us that it is not the skills or wealth we acquire that makes us who we are. It is the choices we make that show who we are as human beings.
This quote is inspirational, because it emphasizes the fact that our choices are what make us. Skills and wealth are important, but what is the good of a wealthy person disliked by everyone?
Inspirational Book quote #7: The Warrior Heir By Cinda Williams Chima.
It is true that the world will try to mould you into something you are not. There are times that you will also try to do the same to yourself to fit in with the rest of the world. This inspirational book quote reminds readers to always be themselves. It inspires readers not to change who they are to fit in.
Inspirational Book quote #8: Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban By J. K. Rowling
This one of my favoulrite book quotes. The quote reminds us that there is always light where there is darkness, you just need to find it. This is a quote I always go back to whenever I feel overwhelmed by the tragic stories I hear. There is so much darkness in the world, but we can also do our part to turn on the light.
The inspirational translations in all the quotes above are from my perspective. My translation of the book quotes might be different from yours, but I hope they are helpful.
