Pittsburgh is one of my favorite places to visit, because I always seem to discover something new when I’m there. They pack Pittsburgh with restaurants, and their Strip District is no exception.

I’ve always loved going to Pittsburgh since I was a kid. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve had more opportunities to visit, including trips to the Strip District. My favorite thing about Pittsburgh is the abundance of amazing restaurants and food spots that you can find. Every time I visit the Pittsburgh or the Strip District, I always find a new place to enjoy.

Check out these four amazing spots to check out next time you’re in Pittsburgh’s Strip District.

4 of the Best Restaurants in Pittsburgh’s Strip District

Eleven is the perfect spot to get a bit of Pittsburgh history in with your dinner. When creating the restaurant, they used an old warehouse in Pittsburgh’s Strip District right near old Pennsylvania rail lines. The menu is constantly changing based on seasonal product availability, offering the perfect taste of Pittsburgh with your meal.

2. Primanti Bros.

When talking about restaurants in Pittsburgh, it is hard not to think of Primanti Bros. in the Strip District. This is where it all started in 1933, when Primanti Bros. was first opened in Pittsburgh. Probably one of my favorites (and it helps that there’s a franchise in my town, too), Primanti Bros. is the perfect spot to get the amazing Pittsburgh feeling with your lunch or dinner. I highly recommend any of the sandwiches!

3. Kaya

They take inspiration from the Caribbean, South America, and the Pacific to make their delicious dishes at their award-winning location in the Strip District. They also offer a seasonal vegetarian dinner on the third Wednesday of every month.
