Munising Falls

Munising Falls, a part of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Alger County, touts a 50-foot waterfall over a sandstone drop. Spring is the best time to view this fall, because of the amount of snow runoff. There are several waterfalls scattered across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.

Pictured Rocks Cruises is chartered from Munising, Michigan. The 2-3 hour tour is considered the best boat tour in Michigan. The Cruise covers Pictured Rocks National Shoreline, Lake Superior Michigan created by mineral stains and ancient glaciers. The shoreline includes bays, lighthouses, caves, falls, and rock formations.

Shipwreck Tours

The Glass Bottom Shipwreck Tours is a two hour led cruise to two shipwreck sites near the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Included in the tour are visits near the East Channel Lighthouse and Grand Island. It’s a unique side of Michigan!

Scuba Diving

Scuba Diving packages are available to those with water certification and personal gear. Oxygen tanks are available for lease. All experience levels are welcome to dive from the Munising Alger Underwater Preserve. Each package includes two-ship dives.

Wagner Falls

Wagner Falls is a 20-foot waterfall from Wagner Creek, Munising, Michigan. The falls are found at the Wagner Falls Scenic Site, Michigan State Park. A boardwalk and short hike are necessary to view the falls.
